41-year-old suspect sets RV on fire, attempts to flee from Windsor police; arrested on multiple outstanding warrants for charges including break and enter, theft of a motor vehicle, and driving while prohibited (x3). Officers initially attempted to legally enter the RV as the suspect refused to exit; fire spread to hydro lines above the trailer before suspect escaped and was later found hiding in a nearby residence.
