Thunderstorms caused power outages in Montgomery and Darke Counties, Ohio, affecting thousands of customers. As of 6:06 p.m., around 3,100 outages were reported in Montgomery County, which dropped to approximately 650 by 6 p.m. At the same time, Darke County saw its outages rise to over 900 customers without power. AES, Duke Energy, and Ohio Edison reported the number of customers without power.
