Theodore Roosevelt National Park plans to remove stallion 'Alluvium' for harassing visitors and horses.

Theodore Roosevelt National Park captures and plans to remove 'Alluvium', a stallion deemed a "nuisance animal" for harassing visitors and their horses. Local advocate Chris Kman and Chasing Horses Wild Horse Advocates argue that Alluvium's natural behavior is being unfairly penalized, and more than 500 people have contacted the park to request his release. The park has previously used birth control to manage the horse herd population.
