Family-owned Potters Resorts (founded 1920) celebrates Tourism Awards success following its transformation of Five Lakes Resort into the UK's first all-inclusive, adult-only holiday destination in 2021. The 320-acre site received extensive refurbishments and new facilities, such as a sports park, Garden Bar area, and state-of-the-art Glade Theatre.
