Turkmenistan's President gifts Alabay dogs to South Korea's President during state visit.
Turkmenistan's President Serdar Berdimuhamedow gifted a pair of Alabay breed shepherd dogs, a symbol of friendship and cooperation, to South Korea's President Yoon Suk Yeol during his state visit. The dogs will undergo quarantine before living at the presidential residence alongside Yoon's other pets. This follows South Korea's recent ban on dog breeding and slaughter for consumption in January 2022.
