Russia sent 447 goats to North Korea, approved by its agriculture safety watchdog, as part of strengthening bilateral ties. The goats, including 432 females and 15 males, are aimed at providing dairy products to North Korean children amid food shortages. This follows North Korea and Russia's efforts to enhance cooperation since their summit last year involving leaders Kim Jong-un and Vladimir Putin.
