1st Korea-Africa Summit in Seoul; South Korea proposes cooperation on critical minerals and North Korean nuclear threats, but no collective African plan presented.

Additionally, African support in South Korea's efforts to address its aggressive northern neighbor's nuclear weapons and missile development programs was sought. Despite this, the summit is considered another missed opportunity for Africa.
