EPA disbands Red Hill Community Representation Initiative, a community group overseeing US Navy's Red Hill fuel facility, due to worsening relations. The group was formed after 2021 fuel leak contaminated Pearl Harbor's drinking water. Military sought control over meetings, which was rejected by the community, leading to EPA signing a new agreement with the military that no longer includes the CRI.
