19-year-old Noah Magee, from Brockport, has been charged with 2nd-degree murder after allegedly driving the wrong way on McNamar Road in Orleans County, hitting and killing 24-year-old dirt biker Roger Kingdollar. Magee initially faced charges of reckless endangerment and leaving the scene of a fatal accident, but a grand jury indictment upgraded the top charge to murder. Magee has pleaded not guilty and is due back in court on July 3rd.
