A man was fatally shot by Minneapolis police on Wednesday night after multiple 911 calls reported him waving a handgun in public. Police Chief Brian O'Hara stated that officers responded to the scene and chased the man on foot, ordering him to drop the weapon. The man did not comply, and was shot by police. The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is currently investigating the incident.
