6-year-old boy dies after falling into water near Mesa apartment complex; this is the 10th drowning incident in Mesa this year and the 4th fatality, authorities say. Officers were called to the scene at 1:15 p.m. on June 11, where the child was already being pulled from the water by a bystander and CPR was being administered. The boy was taken to the hospital but did not survive.
