A 5-year-old boy drowned in a pool at The Life at Elmwood Grove apartment complex in Springdale, Arkansas, on Monday morning. Police responded to a call around 8 a.m. and found the child unresponsive, administering life-saving measures before he was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
