21-year-old Rachel Lodice from Georgia has pleaded not guilty to charges, including second-degree manslaughter, vehicular manslaughter, and driving under the influence of drugs, after a fatal crash on Long Island's Sunrise Highway in April. The victim, 64-year-old Cynthia Mitchell, was a church clerk and leader of the band at her church. Prosecutors allege that Lodice was speeding and high on marijuana when she crashed into Mitchell's car.
