Delta Building Automation Pty Ltd and director Timothy Davis fined for attempting to rig a National Gallery of Australia tender.
Delta Building Automation Pty Ltd fined $1.5 million, and director Timothy Davis $120,000, by Federal Court for attempting to rig a tender at the National Gallery of Australia. The bid rigging attempt was unsuccessful after a competitor's general manager rejected Davis' offer. The ACCC brought the proceedings against Delta for the 2019 tender process for an upgrade to the National Gallery's building management system.
