22-year-old Yankton man, Phillip Snoozy, reported missing last month, was found deceased in the Missouri River on June 2. A boater from Nebraska discovered his body along the South Dakota shoreline, approximately a quarter mile east of the James River exit mouth. Snoozy was last seen swimming near the Nebraska shore of the river on May 24. The investigation into his disappearance remains open.
