22-year-old Yankton resident Phillip Snoozy drowned in the Missouri River, with autopsy results revealing asphyxia due to drowning as the cause of death. Authorities found alcohol and drugs in his system but suspect no foul play. Snoozy was reported missing on May 24 after being seen swimming alone near the Nebraska shore of the river. His body was found June 2 by a boater near the mouth of the James River.
