Coldplay has reportedly achieved a 59% reduction in carbon emissions during their Music of the Spheres world tour, surpassing the 50% reduction target announced in 2021. The band's eco-friendly measures include using rechargeable batteries fuelled by renewable sources for shows, kinetic dance floors that generate electricity, and reducing air travel. Coldplay also committed to planting a tree for every ticket sold for their shows, and so far, seven million saplings have been planted.
