26-year-old Havelock North Intermediate School staff member arrested, facing charges of indecent assault on a boy under 12 and four counts of indecent acts on a boy aged 12-16. The accused is set to appear in Hastings District Court on June 4th. School board will not comment due to ongoing police investigation.
