43-yr-old NJ teacher, Allison Havemann-Niedrach, accused of sexual relationship with a student, charged with aggravated sexual assault & endangering a child.

43-year-old New Jersey teacher, Allison Havemann-Niedrach, accused of sexual relationship with a student at Freehold Intermediate School. Charged with aggravated sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child. Investigation began earlier this year, and Havemann-Niedrach was arrested without incident. She remains incarcerated pending a hearing in Monmouth County Superior Court.
