Barber Vinod Kumar was detained at Budaun's Bisauli police station after arriving late for a haircut appointment at Circle Officer Sunil Kumar's home. The barber was held in the lockup until Wednesday afternoon, and his shop was closed by police. The Superintendent of Police, Alok Priyadarshi, has initiated an investigation and stated that action will be taken against the officer responsible for the incident.
