The new library, located in Sukhbaatar District, has 11 floors and spans 9,948.2 square meters, accommodating 534,000 books and publications and serving up to 530 readers. The move aims to expand cultural access, enhance public understanding of science, increase interest in literature, and promote constructive leisure activities for children and youth.
