NNPC and its joint venture partners in OML 18, including Shell, Total Energies, and others, donated a 2,300-seat digital library to Niger Delta University in Bayelsa State. The state-of-the-art library complex, equipped with IT amenities, e-learning, and research facilities, aims to promote ICT education and provide a conducive learning environment for students and researchers.
