Indonesia launched the Kawal Haji app to enhance communication and coordination during the Hajj pilgrimage, allowing pilgrims to file reports, post inquiries, and share info, as well as tracking the location of lost pilgrims. Over 4,400 Hajj officers will assist 89,000 pilgrims from Indonesia in Saudi Arabia. In Pakistan, the Pak Hajj App has attracted over 70,000 active users, assisting in resolving 20,000 complaints, offering essential information, and real-time monitoring of supporting staff.
