Maldives President seeks international funding to combat rising sea levels and climate change impact.
Maldives President Mohamed Muizzu has called for international funding to address rising sea levels, urging wealthier nations to help vulnerable communities like his low-lying Indian Ocean archipelago. The country receives only about 14% of the finance that least developed countries receive.
