Flagstaff's parking management program, ParkFlag, introduces a new booting and towing policy from June 1st to ensure fair use of parking spaces in the Downtown Parking District. The policy aims to discourage repeat offenders, improve traffic flow, and encourage responsible parking. After a citation, individuals have a 15-day window to pay or appeal, and after three or more citations, vehicles can be placed on an immobilization list.
