The Domestic Violence Commission urges the court to reconsider its ban on the publication of the name of a psychiatrist charged with domestic violence. Magistrate Lara Lanfranco had banned the psychiatrist's name and ordered journalists out of the courtroom. The commission believes that the court should consider societal wellbeing and that the ban could lead to mistrust in professionals and negatively impact vulnerable individuals.
