Tory MP Craig Mackinlay returns to Parliament after losing hands and feet to sepsis. The MP for South Thanet had both his hands and feet amputated due to the life-threatening condition and is now seeking to be known as the "bionic MP" after being fitted with prosthetic limbs. Mackinlay, who was placed in an induced coma for 16 days, was initially given a 5% chance of survival by doctors who diagnosed multiple organ failure.
