Infosys CTO Rafee Tarafdar advises engineering students to embrace AI to thrive in the industry. He states that the AI-driven world will have creators and consumers of AI, and graduates with deep engineering backgrounds should focus on creating AI solutions, fine-tuning models, and developing new techniques using existing open-source or cloud-based models. Those unable to create AI should become proficient consumers of AI tools to be more productive and add value.
