Marquan Carper-Cunningham charged with assault for allegedly shooting in Jamestown.
An 18-year-old Marquan Carper-Cunningham of Jamestown was charged with assault and reckless endangerment after allegedly shooting someone in the face with a flare gun during an argument on Tuesday evening. The incident occurred at the intersection of Forest and Newland Avenues. Carper-Cunningham fled the scene but was later apprehended by police and is currently awaiting arraignment in Jamestown City Jail.
