9-year-old girl suffers non-life-threatening gunshot wound in Martinsville. The victim's 19-year-old brother, Kevon Hairston, is charged with felony child endangerment and reckless handling of a firearm after admitting to leaving a loaded gun unsecured, which discharged accidentally. Deputies found the girl with a gunshot wound to her right leg and immediately began first aid until she was airlifted to a medical facility.
