Delhi Police arrested a 40-year-old man, Rajesh Kapoor, who allegedly stole valuables from passengers' bags during flights over the past year. Kapoor boarded around 200 flights and dedicated over 110 days to his activities. He used the identity documents of his deceased brother while booking tickets and targeted elderly passengers on connecting flights. The arrest was made after two separate theft cases were reported in the last three months.
