3 Bihar residents, Santosh, Ashutosh, and Afroz Ansari, aged 27, 26, and 37, were arrested in New Delhi for allegedly posing as Travelling Ticket Examiners (TTEs) and defrauding Bihar-based railway passengers by claiming to confirm their tickets. They took cash, debit cards, and valuables from victims. The accused were involved in 11 cases of cheating and theft across Delhi and were sent to judicial custody under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
