Lagos police arrested two suspects, Tewase Peter and Ternugwa Paul, for abducting two teenagers from Benue State. The victims, aged 16 and 15, were rescued from their abductors in the Itaoluwo area of Ikorodu, Lagos. Preliminary investigations revealed that the teenagers were abducted while their mother was away at the market. The suspects planned to transport the victims to Ghana for forced labor.
