71-year-old Jiolio "Joe" Cincotti of Mays Landing, NJ, has been charged with multiple counts of theft by deception, allegedly scamming 24 victims out of $39,000 for headstones for deceased relatives. He claimed to be the owner of Atlantic Memorials but did not deliver the products or refund the money. The Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office is investigating and urging anyone with information to contact them.
