Wisconsin DMV introduces two new special license plates: Suicide Prevention & Spay, Neuter, Adopt. Proceeds from the former will go to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, while the latter supports The Fix Is In, Inc. Each license plate requires a $25 contribution, a $15 issuance fee, and regular vehicle registration fee. Personalization costs an additional $15 annually.
