3 months after a fire at an Edmonton apartment, police found the remains of 70-year-old Ricardo Olivares. The man accused of starting the fire, Jason Zabos, has been charged with manslaughter and additional charges of arson disregard for human life and obstructing a peace officer. Olivares' family had reported him missing after the apartment building where he lived burned down.
