18-year-old Orlando woman, Emily Modjeski, accused of stealing an SUV with service dog Thor from Hilton Garden Inn Orlando SeaWorld parking lot, was caught by law enforcement after returning to the stolen vehicle. Dog owner Gloria left car running to keep Thor cool, but both were gone when she returned. Modjeski released Thor at a different location before abandoning the SUV near the convention center.
