Oswego police and firefighters found a body in Oswego Harbor, believed to be Kenneth J. Gardner, a man reported missing. The body was discovered at 6:53 a.m. near the Port Authority of Oswego, and is pending positive identification through an autopsy. Assistance at the scene was provided by the Oswego County Sheriff's Department, Menter Ambulance, and the Oswego County District Attorney's Office.
