Toronto-based restructuring firm KSV Restructuring Inc. reports several bidders have offered to buy all or part of SaltWire Network and The Halifax Herald, Atlantic Canada's largest newspaper enterprise. The non-binding offers, if accepted, could enable the insolvent companies to continue operating beyond the restructuring process. KSV will conduct a due diligence process to determine which bidders will be asked to submit binding offers by May 24.
