11-year-old girl exposed to indecent behavior by cyclist; CCTV footage released by Perth police.
Perth police released CCTV footage of a cyclist potentially linked to 2 indecent behavior incidents, including one where a man exposed himself to an 11-year-old girl. The first incident occurred in Canning Vale on April 14 between 5-6:30pm. A man on a bike approached an 11-year-old boy on Waterperry Drive, engaging him in an inappropriate conversation. The boy later informed his family about the incident.
