44-year-old man charged with indecent act after exposing himself to children and staff at a daycare in Selkirk, Manitoba. RCMP were initially called at 11:30 a.m., but the suspect fled; a second call led to his arrest without incident at 1:45 p.m. The suspect is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
