Two Premier League players, aged 19, were arrested over the weekend on suspicion of rape. The first player was arrested on Saturday on suspicion of aiding and abetting rape, while the second was arrested on Sunday on suspicion of rape. Both players have been released on police bail pending further enquiries. The allegation came after a report of a rape was made to the police on Friday, 19 April.
