South Africa's ANC loses court bid .
South Africa's African National Congress (ANC) has lost its legal bid to stop a new party from using the name and logo of its former armed wing. The Durban High Court dismissed with costs the ANC's application against the MK Party, which is led by ex-President Jacob Zuma. The court ruled that the use of the name and logo of the ANC's former military wing, uMkhonto we Sizwe, would not confuse voters. The ANC has announced it will appeal the ruling.
