MK party linked to Jacob Zuma sues SABC over misuse of "Government of National Unity" term.

The MK party, linked to ex-SA President Jacob Zuma, is suing South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC) over their use of the term "Government of National Unity" (GNU) for SA's seventh administration. The MK party claims the SABC's misuse of the term undermines their editorial integrity. The SABC opposes the application, saying it's an abuse of process and undue political pressure. The case is set for the High Court in Johannesburg.
