A Chicago woman was convicted of killing her 69-year-old landlord, Frances Walker, and dismembering her body in 2022. Sandra Kolalou, 37, was found guilty of first-degree murder and other charges, including dismembering a body and concealing a homicidal death. Walker had served Kolalou with an eviction notice before the murder. Kolalou's sentencing is scheduled for June 20.
