Massachusetts woman Amanda Cianciulli, 36, faces two counts of animal cruelty after being accused of torturing a dog with a shock collar and striking another with an object. Billerica Police discovered the alleged abuse after receiving reports and watching videos of the incidents, which took place earlier this year. Cianciulli agreed to let Billerica Animal Control take custody of her four dogs for examination by a veterinarian.
