19-year-old dies in Valley Center DUI crash; suspect arrested: A 19-year-old man died in a two-vehicle collision near Valley Center, California, and a 34-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of DUI. The crash took place at the intersection of Valley Center Road and West Tribal Road, and the 19-year-old was driving a white Toyota Camry eastbound on West Tribal Road when it collided with a white Ford Expedition driven by the 34-year-old. The 34-year-old driver, Fernando Porras Abrego, was arrested for DUI and booked into the Vista Detention Facility.
