26-year-old Domonique Jones was arrested for the murder of 38-year-old Gilberto Gutierrez, who was shot outside Ewell's Place bar in Fresno following a dispute between Gutierrez's friend and another group. The altercation turned physical, leading Jones to pull out a gun and shoot Gutierrez, who later died in the hospital. Jones is being held at the Fresno County Jail on one count of murder.
