81-year-old Ann Meehan with dementia, who was last seen driving her 2005 Chrysler Town & Country minivan (PA license plate #GFZ0623) in Lancaster County, has been reported missing. She was expected at Lancaster Shopping Center but did not show up and has not been seen or heard from since. East Hempfield Township Police are searching for her, and anyone with information is urged to contact them immediately.
