A plane used by King Charles and Rishi Sunak lost three windows at 14,000ft during a flight from London to Florida, after lights used to film an advert melted the frames, a report by the Air Accidents Investigation Branch revealed. The incident occurred in October, when the Titan Airways Airbus A321-253NX took off from London Stansted Airport. The plane returned to Stansted Airport 36 minutes after take-off and none of the 24 people on board was injured.
